Step One:
To begin the application process:

• Submit a photo of yourself (see below for instructions).
• Send us copies of reference letters from employers and copies of ID's.

Step Two:
Finding a job:
• Review your application with our staff when a counselor contacts you.
• Review available job positions with our counselors.
• Placement counselors will arrange phone conference interviews with potential families.
• Meet the families with a face to face interview.
• Once a position is accepted, all candidates are required to undergo: a Nationwide Criminal Investigation, a Nationwide Sex & Violent Offenders Search, a 10-Panel Drug Screening Test and a Driving Record Report (there is no charge to you for these screenings).
